Why choose this program?
A continuous search of finding new ways to challenge my body has led to many roads traveled in the world of fitness.
After years of training and trying just about any method that exists from athletic training, basic body building, “functional” training, FRC, gymnastics, and many others I have formulated a basic program that combines all these concepts. Using these concepts and my own ideologies, this program has been developed to help the “average joe” of fitness or someone who is seasoned in their fitness journey.
This program is designed to build an individual's strength, mobility, and confidence to move stronger in everyday life helping you feel good and look good.
